Statement
My paintings are a work in progress.
Influenced by my history and evolving around my thoughts and emotions,
my artwork represents a visual interpretation of people and places that inspire me.
Painting lets me create something new, something that wasn’t there before,
something that I miss when it is gone.
In my compositions, reality and imagination co-exist.
Not everything has to make sense and not everything has to be explained.
The unexplained is far more intriguing and resides beyond the picture plane.
My paintings are a work in progress.
Just like myself.
